Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Spray Painter to join our team. This is a full-time position that requires attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

  • Colour mix and match vehicle after vehicle has been prepared and scheduled for painting.
  • Build and maintain colour library for optimal results.
  • Prep, prime and paint vehicles as per Job Sheet requirements following paint supplier's process.
  • Buff and denib vehicles to achieve a high-quality finish.
  • Handle all vehicles with care and attention to prevent damage.
  • Notate any extra paint work required that is not quoted for and report to production manager.
  • Clean work bay and workshop areas to ensure a safe working environment.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Trade qualification in Spray Painting.
  • Minimum 3 years experience working as a trade qualified Spray Painter.
  • Strong commitment to safety and quality.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Able to work collaboratively with the team and adapt to changing priorities.
