Skilled Painter Needed

Based on a unique opportunity to contribute to major Marine and Defence projects, we are seeking skilled Painters Blasters to join our high-performing team. In this role, you will deliver top-tier blasting and coating services across marine vessels, tank reef areas, structural steel, and other commercial assets.

This is a rare chance to apply your expertise in a critical project within a dynamic atmosphere. You will work closely with colleagues delivering exceptional results while ensuring safety, quality, and compliance with strict protocols.

To succeed, you must have:

  • Federal Police Check
  • White Card
  • Working at Heights
  • Confined Space Entry
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in industrial painting - Marine painting, Steel / Metal painting and blasting experience is highly advantageous

In this fast-paced, team-focused environment, you will be responsible for:

  • Surface prep using water blasting, sandblasting, mechanical tools, and needleguns
  • Repair and maintenance tasks including climbing in and around pipes, underneath deck plates, and confined spaces
  • Applying coatings via spray, brush, and roller
  • Delivering high-quality results on tank reef structures and complex marine environments
  • Meeting project specs and quality standards
  • Complying with strict safety and site protocols
