What you'll be doing- Deliver top-quality paint and repair solutions using efficient, innovative methods.
- Provide accurate job timings and material estimates to keep projects running smoothly.
- Prepare vehicles for painting, ensuring precision with masking, filling, and colour matching.
- Lead and mentor apprentices, helping them develop their skills and reach their potential.
- Assist with vehicle prep and repairs when needed.
- Experience: At least 1 year as a qualified Vehicle Painter
- Tech-Savvy: Quick to learn and comfortable navigating systems.
- Problem Solver: Thrive in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.
- Team Player: Great communication skills and a collaborative spirit.
- Driver's Licence: A current NSW licence with the ability to drive manual and automatic vehicles.
This is an evening shift role—from 1 pm to 9 pm—with a highly competitive rate
