Offer a range of solutions, including new items, used gear, rentals, and subscriptions to meet diverse needs and budgets.Build relationships to foster loyalty and encourage repeat visits.Promote products and services through in-store interactions, online platforms, and social media engagement.Facilitate smooth transactions with various payment options and offer basic repair and personalisation services.Create a welcoming environment by maintaining customer-friendly store layouts that are accessible, safe, and encourage exploration of products and solutions.Facilitate informed choices with clear product information to help customers make decisions.Guarantee product availability by maintaining accurate stock levels for both physical and digital offerings.Prioritise customer safety and protect customer data in line with company guidelines.Showcase product range with effective displays that highlight offerings and inspire customers.Promote sustainability through responsible waste management and eco-friendly products and practices.Workshop Roles (Optional, if Applicable)This role may include responsibilities in workshop areas such as Bike, Printing, and Restringing Workshops.
