We are seeking an organized and detail-focused individual to join our team as a Learning and Development Coordinator. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask with precision.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Schedule and coordinate training sessions and workshops
  • Maintain accurate training records and update our Learning Management System (LMS)
  • Manage enrolments, attendance tracking, and post-training evaluations
  • Liaise with facilitators, venues, and internal teams to ensure smooth logistics
  • Prepare regular reports on training attendance, completion rates, and compliance
  • Assist in preparing training materials and digital content
