Recruitment Opportunity

This is a compelling opportunity to partner with our team in Perth, working on large-scale projects and contributing to the success of our organisation.

You will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle – from sourcing and stakeholder engagement to offer – across a variety of technical and non-technical roles.

As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will work closely with hiring managers across multiple projects and disciplines to forecast and fulfil workforce needs, manage 360 recruitment for white-collar construction roles, proactively source top talent, build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future project requirements, and ensure compliance with internal policies and industry best practice.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven experience in 360 recruitment, preferably within construction or engineering
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and negotiating skills
  • Familiarity with large-scale project delivery
  • A proactive, results-driven approach
