Clinical Lead

This role oversees senior clinical leadership and team management within Social Work. The successful candidate will support staff development and carry a caseload.
The ideal candidate will have:
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Social Work, providing eligibility for membership of the Australian Association of Social Workers.
- Demonstrated advanced clinical knowledge, skill and significant clinical experience in Social Work services provision.
- Experience and demonstrated ability in building professional relationships through effective communication, negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to lead planning, implementation and evaluation of service delivery incorporating continuous improvement, evidence-based practice and research.
A Bachelor's degree in Social Work, along with demonstrated expertise in clinical knowledge and social work practices is essential.
You should be able to effectively build and maintain professional relationships and communicate ideas clearly.
