Are you a skilled and experienced Social Worker looking to take on a leadership role? We are seeking a Senior Clinical Leader to join our team and provide clinical leadership and management within the Social Work Department.
">The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Social Work, eligibility for membership of the Australian Association of Social Workers, and demonstrated advanced clinical knowledge, skill, and significant clinical experience in the provision of Social Work services.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing senior clinical leadership and team management
- Mentoring and developing staff
- Carrying a clinical caseload
About the Role
This is a key leadership position that requires strong clinical expertise, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to lead and manage a team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing clinical leadership and direction to the Social Work Department, as well as mentoring and developing staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to deliver high-quality patient care.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering evidence-based practice and a commitment to improving health outcomes for patients, families, and communities. They will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships with colleagues, stakeholders, and community partners.

What You'll Need To Apply
To be successful in this role, you'll need to meet the following requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Social Work
