Pharmacovigilance Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
- Support the management of all pharmacovigilance activities including collection, review, follow-up, and reporting of adverse events in accordance with location regulations and SOPs.
- Prepare reports for spontaneous adverse events of marketed products.
- Track compliance for adverse event reporting timeframes.
- Assist management with identifying any trends and issues arising from reports from the local safety database.
- Review local and global SOPs and pharmacovigilance guidelines.
- Review and implement affiliate pharmacovigilance staff training matrix and conduct training for affiliate personnel.
- Other responsibilities as directed by the PV Team Lead.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree and/or Master's degree in Medical, Pharmacy, Life Science.
- 2 years' experience working in the Pharmaceutical industry.
- A minimum of 18 months Pharmacovigilance experience.
- Strong communicator.
- Excellent project management and team work skills.
- Organizational skills and capability of working efficiently autonomously with cross-functional teams.
- Must be eligible to work in Australia (Australian Citizen or appropriate Visa holder).
