The Program Manager will coordinate and track the delivery of strategic and operational projects across ST Vic. This role maintains oversight of the organisation's project portfolio, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and effective investment of resources.

  • Tracking delivery of projects and initiatives, monitoring milestones, benefits, and risks.
  • Facilitating governance and assurance processes, including Project Control Groups.
  • Preparing high-quality reporting and dashboards for executive decision-makers.
  • Monitoring project investments, budgets, and value delivery to support decisions.
  • Engaging with sponsors, project leads, and stakeholders to gather insights and support delivery.

This position requires extensive experience in program or portfolio coordination within complex or public sector environments. Familiarity with project governance frameworks and tools is desirable.
