Project Administrator Role

The Project Administration role provides administrative support to project managers and outage managers, ensuring projects are managed effectively and delivered in a safe and efficient manner.

  • Ensuring consistency and alignment of administration processes across the organization is crucial for seamless project delivery.
  • Providing comprehensive administrative support to the Project Team enables them to focus on key tasks and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating workshops and meetings, taking minutes, chasing actions and managing travel arrangements.
  • Ensuring all information and documentation is processed, maintained, monitored and filed securely.
  • Collating reports and producing summary packs for stakeholders.
  • Managing receipting and issuing of inventory and consumables.
  • Procurement activities involve raising, monitoring and closing out project purchase orders.
  • Maintaining project document deliverables registers and artefacts.
  • SUPER USER for project systems including SAP, Clarity and SharePoint platforms.
  • Training and support coordinating inductions, capturing relevant qualifications and high-risk work licences.
  • Performing ad-hoc data entry and other tasks as required by the team leader.

About You:

  • Demonstrated experience providing project admin support with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to balance competing needs with demonstrated commitment to safety.
  • Knowledge of the Microsoft Suite of products and advanced knowledge of SAP.
  • Sharepoint and Clarity experience is also an advantage.
