Job Title: Scheduling Coordinator
The role of the Scheduling Coordinator involves providing expert support to faculty in relation to timetabling and scheduling. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and organisational skills, with experience in using timetabling systems within a university environment.
Key Responsibilities- Support team members as needed to deliver against individual, team and University goals through effective coaching and guidance.
- Model professional and ethical behaviour at all times.
- Seek relevant information from available sources and consult with experts as necessary.
- Clarify expectations and respond promptly to customer requests, queries or complaints.
- Present information in a clear and structured manner and communicate concisely.
- Maintain positive relationships with team members and provide support during times of pressure and change.
- A degree without subsequent relevant work experience; or
- An Associate Diploma with at least two years subsequent relevant work experience; or
- A Post-Trades Certificate or Advanced Certificate with extensive relevant experience as a Technician; or
- An equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.
- Experience in using timetabling systems within a university environment.
- Demonstrated data literacy and proficiency in MS Excel.
- Problem solving skills and attention to detail.
