  • A degree in Library and Information Services or Computing Science, or equivalent experience
  • Demonstrated experience in managing library management systems and diagnosing/resolving hardware and software problems
  • Proven ability in delivering training programs and knowledge of installing/managing/using the Internet
  • Demonstrated organisational skills, attention to detail and high level interpersonal/customer service skills
  • Project management experience and proven ability to evaluate/implement new technologies
