The Field Service Technician plays a crucial role in providing technical support to customers.
This involves working closely with service teams and the manager to ensure that all on-site installations, repairs, and maintenance are completed efficiently.
Main Responsibilities- Diagnose errors or technical problems and resolve them using proper solutions.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to meet customer expectations.
- Perform equipment upgrades, modifications, and game changes to gaming equipment at customer sites.
- Investigate and resolve complex system faults and perform repair work as required.
- Routine Preventive Maintenance and ensuring all activities meet Company & legislative Compliance requirements.
- Excellent problem-solving and fault diagnostic skills.
- Proven interpersonal skills and ability to work unsupervised.
- Demonstrate a strong level of technical competencies.
- Strong Customer Focus and ability to obtain and hold all relevant licenses.
