Support Specialist Role

Our organization is seeking a Support Specialist to provide workplace support to customers with disabilities and work with employers to find flexible solutions. This role requires an individual who can build trust and rapport with customers and employers, as well as have strong problem-solving skills.

The Position

As a Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing ongoing support for customers/employers based on individual needs, enhancing long-term and sustainable employment, and facilitating training and development opportunities. You will also create new employment opportunities for individuals with disabilities.
