About Electrification Appointment Setter

We are excited to have a 12-month fixed-term opportunity available for an Electrification Appointment Setter.

This role will play a crucial part in helping us boost sales efficiency by contacting warm leads, identifying those most likely to convert, and scheduling high-quality appointments for the sales team.

  • Engage and Qualify Leads – Respond promptly to customer inquiries, assess fit against predefined criteria, and nurture interest through professional follow-up.
  • Drive Sales Conversion – Schedule high-quality appointments that align with sales team availability, ensuring leads are well-prepared for handover.
  • Collaborate for Success – Work closely with the sales team to refine handover processes, share feedback, and maximise conversion outcomes.
About You
  • Excellent communication skills for engaging with customers over the phone.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and experience in resolving customer issues over the phone.
  • Demonstrated experience achieving team and individual performance metrics for call centre operations.
