At our leading energy company, we're driving change through electrification and need your expertise to shape our future. Our Retail Transformation program is focusing on delivering innovative business capabilities that enable home electrification products, helping customers transition to cleaner, smarter energy solutions.

This role will concentrate on defining customer experiences, business processes, and requirements for supplying, installing, managing, and supporting electrification assets in households. You'll be responsible for:

  • Developing product visions by translating requirements into features, epics, and user stories, maintaining a prioritized backlog, and guiding development teams through agile ceremonies.
  • Collaborating across transformation teams to ensure electrification is seamlessly embedded into broader plans.
  • Engaging stakeholders to build awareness, support, and readiness across business units for new technology solutions and ways of working.
  • Contributing to communities by mentoring and sharing knowledge within product management and electrification networks to strengthen capability and expertise.

About You:

  • Demonstrated knowledge of electrification products and business operations for sales and fulfillment.
  • Previous experience in dynamic/program environments and ability to work effectively with delivery partners.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in Agile methodologies and tools, ensuring effective backlog management and sprint planning.
