We are embarking on a pivotal journey to revolutionize the energy sector. As a Product Owner – Electrification, you will play a key role in shaping our retail business, delivering innovative capabilities that enable home electrification products and helping customers transition to cleaner, smarter energy solutions.

This role is part of our Retail Transformation program, which aims to simplify, digitise, and create effortless customer experiences. You will drive this change by defining and documenting customer experiences, business processes, and requirements for supplying, installing, managing, and supporting electrification assets in households.

  • Shape future capabilities by defining and documenting customer experiences, business processes, and requirements
  • Drive product delivery by translating requirements into features, epics, and user stories, maintaining a prioritised backlog, and guiding development teams through agile ceremonies
  • Collaborate across transformation by partnering with journey owners, product managers, and other transformation teams to ensure electrification is seamlessly embedded into broader plans
  • Engage stakeholders by building awareness, support, and readiness across business units for new technology solutions and ways of working
  • Contribute to communities by mentoring and sharing knowledge within product management and electrification networks to strengthen capability and expertise

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Demonstrated knowledge of electrification products and business operations for sales and fulfilment
  • Previous experience in dynamic/program environments and ability to work effectively with delivery partners
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Proficiency in Agile methodologies and tools, ensuring effective backlog management and sprint planning
