Job Description

We are seeking an experienced leader to join our team as a Residential HVAC Installation Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, coaching and developing a motivated team of Installers, and executing sales strategies that align with our business goals.

About the Role:

  • This is a leadership position that requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work cross-functionally in a professional and courteous manner.
  • You will be responsible for managing a team of Installers, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the tools and resources needed to succeed.
  • Your focus will be on delivering outstanding quality of work, great customer service experience, and expected company productivity and performance results.
  • You will work closely with the Branch Manager to implement business strategies and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
  • A Master MD HVAC License holder is required for this position.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least five (5) years of residential HVAC Installation experience, including diagnostic troubleshooting and service repair abilities.
  • Proven leadership and management experience in the service industry, with a proven record in Team Development; Operations; Customer Service.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint applications.
  • Excellent business acumen, interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to mobilize a team of professional Install Technicians to drive team and branch results.
  • Ability to provide great customer service.
