About the Role

We are seeking passionate and caring individuals to join our team as Home Care Assistants. As a Home Care Assistant, you will be responsible for providing companionship, personal care, and support to clients in their own homes.

You will work with a range of clients, each with their unique needs and personalities. Your role will involve assisting with daily living tasks such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation, as well as providing emotional support and companionship.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and evenings.
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
  • First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).
