Home Care Assistant

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Care Assistant to support clients living in their own homes. If you have a passion for caring and want to make a positive difference in people's lives, then we'd love to hear from you.
About the Role:- Provide home care services to clients, supporting their independence and improving their quality of life.
As a Home Care Assistant, your responsibilities will include:
- Completing scheduled visits and interacting one-on-one with clients within their homes, supporting daily activities.
- Providing personal care, assistance with daily living activities including showering, personal hygiene, meal preparation, house cleaning, laundry, and ironing.
- Supporting clients according to their individualised Care Plan.
- Assisting with community-based recreational and social activities.
- Transportation and assistance with shopping and appointments.
- Certificate III in Aged Care, Individual Support, or an equivalent qualification.
- Current Australian driver's license and own roadworthy insured vehicle.
- Experience with technology including smartphones, tablets, laptops, etc.
- Confidence to satisfy relevant probity checks required by legislation or policies.
