Job Summary

The Executive Officer plays a critical role in supporting the Chief People and Culture Officer (CPCO) by providing strategic advice and managing the daily operations of the Office. Some key responsibilities include:

  • Providing high-level leadership to assist the CPCO in directing and managing HR-related matters
  • Supporting the CPCO through strategic advice and driving the delivery of critical priorities
  • Managing the Office's daily operations, including executive program management, business planning, and corporate governance

Key Requirements

The ideal candidate will have relevant tertiary qualifications and experience in a similar role, with a strong ability to collaborate and work with leaders to drive outcomes. Previous experience in managing an executive office and branch governance and management activities is highly regarded.

This role requires a high level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail due to its access to sensitive data. A criminal history check will be conducted prior to appointment.
