Strategic Account Manager

Job Summary:

We're seeking a skilled Strategic Account Manager to drive revenue growth by delivering innovative solutions that strengthen customer advocacy. As a key member of our team, you'll redefine partnerships in the retail pharmacy segment and position us as a trusted partner in the health and medical industry.

This role requires a results-driven individual with strong commercial acumen, sales and account management experience, and a proven track record of delivering sustainable sales and account growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to grow small–medium strategic accounts and banner groups.
  • Identify stakeholders, map sales processes, and uncover new opportunities aligned with our financial goals.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships, positioning us as a trusted partner and increasing advocacy.
  • Leverage CRM and Power BI to drive decisions, track performance, and meet call plan KPIs.
  • Create compelling business cases with clinical and financial benefits, negotiate contracts, and position products effectively.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve targets and ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of sales and account management experience with key pharmacy groups.
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience managing contracts, tenders, and business agreements.
  • Proven record of delivering sustainable sales and account growth, particularly in retail pharmacy.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications (highly regarded).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems; experience with IQVIA and Power BI a plus.
  • Leadership skills to influence and collaborate across teams.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency in English.
