A day in the life at atWork Australia may involve:

  • Encouraging and motivating clients to find their own employment opportunities
  • Building relationships with local employers to source job opportunities for our clients
  • Placing clients into sustainable employment leading to positive outcomes
  • Ensuring all activity is appropriately recorded, documented and adheres to compliance and contractual requirements

As a successful candidate, you will be someone who embodies our values of integrity, compassion, determination and thriving together. You will be driven to make a real difference in the lives of our clients through creative problem-solving and collaboration.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience in customer service or a client-facing role
  • Demonstrated ability to work with people overcoming challenges
  • Confidence in liaising with multiple external and internal stakeholders
  • Ability to work towards key performance indicators (KPIs) and make placements that result in sustainable employment
  • Current Driver's License
