Job Description- Identify clients' goals and aspirations, and support them in building skills and job-readiness;
- Collaborate with prospective employers to ensure their needs for recruiting new team members are met;

Key Responsibilities:- Encourage and motivate clients through appropriate activities to find employment;
- Build relationships with local employers to source job opportunities;
- Place clients into sustainable employment leading to positive outcomes;
- Ensure all activity is recorded, documented, and adheres to compliance requirements;
