Financial Operations Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled financial operations professional to join our organization on a part-time basis.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent attention to detail, strong organizational and time management skills, and the ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage accounts payable and receivable
- Cash flow management
- Reporting
- Human Resources - leave, new employee documentation, etc.
- Payroll
- BAS and PAYG (working with our accountant)
- Miscellaneous business administration duties
We offer extensive training on our systems and products. Our current person is staying on board for a few months to assist in training.
The successful candidate will be proficient in Xero Accounting Software and have advanced skills in Google Sheets/Excel Spreadsheet. They will also possess great writing skills and a minimum of 5 years' experience in a financial operations role.
