Financial Operations Manager

A highly skilled and organized professional is required to manage the financial functions of a busy organization.

Job Overview

The ideal candidate will have 3-5+ years' experience in a similar role, with a focus on financial operations or practice management. They will be responsible for managing a team of 4 staff members, liaising with clients and external parties, and preparing financial documents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Liaise with clients and external parties regarding settlement of matters and invoicing.
  • Prepare financial documents and process transactions.
  • Perform ad-hoc administrative tasks such as sending statements and file management.
  • Consider current financial processes and suggest improvements.
  • Process staff reimbursements weekly.
  • Liaise with new clients when collecting details and creating their file before handing off to a colleague.
Requirements
  • 3-5+ years' experience as a financial administrator with a focus on financial operations or experience in a practice management role.
  • Experience with LEAP software is desirable.
  • Excellent communication and time management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and unsupervised.
  • Corporate presentation and professional attitude.
  • High level of attention to detail.
