Key Responsibilities
  • Engage Members: Develop and maintain positive relationships with our members, ensuring they feel valued and supported.
  • Onboarding & Offboarding: Coordinate new member onboarding processes and conduct exit interviews to gather feedback.
  • Member Acquisition & Retention: Conduct tours for prospective members and assist in handling member inquiries to foster growth and satisfaction.
  • Operations Management: Perform daily checks on the workspace, manage vendor relationships, and ensure our standards are met.
  • Safety & Security: Enforce safety procedures, respond to incidents, and maintain a secure environment for all members.
Requirements
  • Experience: 2–3 years in customer service, community management, or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
  • Languages: Fluency in English is required.
  • Other: Must be authorized to work in Australia; a valid driver's license is necessary.
