Sales Director Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Sales Director to lead our sales efforts in the APAC region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive sales plans to achieve assigned revenue targets and expand market share.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive business growth and increase revenue.
  • Lead the full sales lifecycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Nurture deep relationships with clients and industry partners to uncover new opportunities.
  • Monitor market trends and emerging workforce models to inform consultative sales conversations.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of success in identifying and closing sales deals in priority APAC markets.
  • Proven ability to lead enterprise-level sales cycles and align client needs with innovative solutions.
  • Strong organizational acumen with the ability to prioritize complex opportunities.
  • Excellent executive communication and presentation skills.
