Early Careers Talent Acquisition Specialist

We're seeking a passionate professional to join our team as an Early Careers Talent Acquisition Specialist. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to work with talented individuals from various backgrounds and help shape their future careers.

About the Job:

We're looking for someone who is passionate about early careers talent acquisition and has excellent communication skills. As our newest member, you'll be responsible for engaging, attracting, and recruiting early talent for graduate and undergraduate programs. Your tasks will include ensuring diversity, equity, and inclusion in our early careers processes and programs, cultivating value-led relationships with internal stakeholders, tertiary institutes, high schools, and industry bodies, managing early identification and intern programs, including program development and facilitation, and working on projects that interest you.

What We Look For:

  • Previous Talent Acquisition Experience
  • Passion for or exposure to early careers talent acquisition and/or experience with high volume hiring
  • Confident communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail
