Insurance Administrator Opportunity
We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Insurance Administrator to join our team at Sustain Recruit. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a wide range of administrative tasks related to member insurance, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform all administrative tasks related to life insurance and other related duties
- Handle additional administrative tasks such as salary adjustments, updates to member details, and termination of employment processes
- Respond to member and employer inquiries via phone and email
- Assist in the preparation of reports, schedules, testing, and systems assurance checks as required
- Support other administrative tasks as needed, contributing to the overall efficiency of the team
Selection Criteria:
- Experience in a similar role
- Strong written and oral communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly while maintaining confidentiality
- Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail
- The ability to adapt to varying situations and take on different tasks as required
