Technical Services Officer Role

Are you a food safety expert looking for a new challenge? Do you have a passion for quality and innovation?

We are seeking an experienced Technical Services Officer to join our team in Perth, Western Australia. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and monitoring quality systems in Beverage manufacturing operations to ensure customer expectations are met.

You will provide technical assistance and advice to manufacturing operations, ensuring that products manufactured meet agreed specifications. You will also investigate product failures, prepare and implement HACCP, quality system procedures, and Food Safety Management Systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and monitor quality systems in Beverage manufacturing operations
  • Provide technical assistance and advice to manufacturing operations
  • Investigate product failures and prepare corrective action plans
  • Develop and implement HACCP, quality system procedures, and Food Safety Management Systems

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Food Technology
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a Quality Assurance role with HACCP and internal auditor training
  • Excellent organisational, time management, and prioritisation skills
  • Ability to foster a co-operative environment
  • Strong computer literacy (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
