We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented professional to fill the role of Support Services Specialist.

Job Description:

This part-time opportunity offers flexible days and the chance to extend. As a Support Services Specialist, you will play a key support role across customer communications, calendar management, and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Book in leads for sales teams
  • Maintain and update internal databases
  • Support administrative tasks related to install completion
  • Provide backup support for broader admin teams
  • General administrative and ad-hoc duties as required
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated experience in administration (min 2-3 years preferred)
  • Excellent attention to detail and follow-through
  • Strong communication skills - both verbal and written
  • A genuine willingness to learn about solar industries
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency using Microsoft Office and online systems
