
Inclusion Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated professional to join our team as a Inclusion Support Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our Kindergarten Inclusion Support Program.
The role involves coordinating with Kindergartens/Early Learning Services to ensure they have sufficient and appropriate support staff, including Inclusion Support Additional Assistants (ISAAs). The specialist will also maintain rosters and provide quality assurance to ensure the highest standards of service delivery.
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual who is passionate about supporting people with disabilities and making a positive impact in their lives.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Strong Support Skills: Excellent guidance and problem-solving abilities are essential for this role.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Effective communication is crucial for building strong relationships with Kindergartens, Early Learning Services, and other stakeholders.
- Administration Experience: A strong background in administration, including experience with program-specific databases, is necessary for success in this role.
- Staff Recruitment and Induction: Ability to recruit and induct new staff members to the team.
- Ethical and Professional Behaviour: High standards of ethical and professional behaviour are expected from all team members.
- Technical Skills: Proficient skills in Microsoft Office packages, client rostering, and client management database systems.
