Job Title: Senior Construction Program Leader

This role requires building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders to achieve customer requirements in the delivery of significant programs and projects in a competitive environment.

The job involves strategic oversight of construction delivery out of rapid accommodation and apprenticeship centres located in Cairns and Brisbane.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Main Task 1: Develop integrated contracts and procurement strategies, systems, and services that support commercial sustainability.
  • Main Task 2: Lead business strategy development for compliance and financial management.
  • Main Task 3: Drive operating approach and culture that supports implementation of programs and projects with a strong integration of all elements of QBuild strategy, policy, program design, development, and delivery of building, construction, and maintenance services.

Requirements:

  • A construction-related background either through trade or tertiary studies is required for this position.
  • Proven leadership ability, extensive construction experience, and a strong background in large-scale construction program implementation, service delivery, costing, and commercial pricing strategies are essential.
