**Job Summary**:
Are you a resilient, supportive and engaging people leader that can drive and coordinate the delivery of a team of technical advisors that are largely field based?

Can you support our construction teams to enable successful project construction commencement, ensuring construction requirements are effectively managed to maximise safe, efficient and quality project deliverables?

Powerlink Queensland currently has multiple team leader positions available to bring the best out of our specialised construction advisory teams.

**The Opportunities**:
To support our critical project portfolio, including exciting renewable energy projects, Powerlink Queensland is looking for 3 dynamic and proven Team Leaders for our construction teams.

Opportunities available:

- Team Leader Transmission Lines Construction Advisors
- Team Leader Electrical and Telecommunications Construction Advisors
- Team Leader Civil Construction Advisors

In these career opportunities you will:

- Support a professional team in the successful construction and delivery of our high voltage infrastructure projects
- Enable efficiencies between projects for hold points and construction advice.

**Your experience and success**:

- Take responsibility for the construction program to support the delivery of a portfolio of projects which require construction activities in the relevant discipline of transmission line construction, electrical and communications or civil works
- Manage and develop a team of technical advisors
- Develop strong working relationships with key stakeholders
- Provide support and advice to assist the team to prepare detailed technical specifications for construction components of contracts and to develop realistic and constructible program outage management plans.
- Clearly communicate, model and drive performance and behavioural expectations, and constructively support team members to achieve outcomes.

Qualifications:

- Ideally you have a relevant technical qualification or degree level qualification in Project Management supported by relevant industry experience
