**Job Title:** Program Leader

As a seasoned program leader, you will play a pivotal role in delivering complex projects and building trusted client relationships. You will take a hands-on approach to project execution and leadership, working with high-quality clients across various industries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive best-in-class delivery on each project, focused on achieving optimal client outcomes and long-term value.
  • Establish clear roles and responsibilities across internal teams, contractors, consultants, and clients for efficient project execution.
  • Build and nurture high-performing teams with capabilities needed to support business growth.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their needs, develop strategic plans, and ensure alignment from concept through to completion.
  • Support the identification, conversion, and delivery of new business opportunities in partnership with cross-functional teams.
  • Lead by example, embedding a high-performance culture with clear accountability, KPIs, and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure project management systems and safety protocols are robust, adhered to, and continuously improved.
  • Manage contracts, oversee project financials, and ensure projects meet resourcing, margin, and profitability targets.
  • Build and maintain strong networks across industry, consultants, and clients to drive successful outcomes.
  • Act as a senior representative, managing contract administration and compliance where applicable.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10+ years' experience in project management, contract administration, or a related field.
  • Proven track record in delivering multiple, complex projects valued at $50M+, preferably within the construction and supply chain sectors.
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience in contract management and financial oversight.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite, MS Project; experience with Procore, Aconex, and AutoCAD highly regarded.
  • Experience acting as a senior representative under Construction Contracts is preferred.
