Job Summary:

This is a senior leadership role within our construction organization. As a Senior Contract Administrator, you will be responsible for leading tender reviews, managing claims, commercial reporting, and subcontractor management.

About The Role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior CA to join our team on a long-term basis. This role offers opportunities for growth and development, with a strong possibility of progression into a Project Manager position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaising closely with subcontractors, suppliers, and key stakeholders to ensure efficient project delivery
  • Reporting to the Project Manager and Construction Manager
  • Leading tender reviews and managing claims

Requirements:

  • 5–10+ years experience as a Senior Contract Administrator / CA
  • Proven experience in industrial and commercial construction delivering projects worth $20M
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and guide a project team
  • Experience in cost reporting, procurement, and conducting tender reviews
  • In-depth knowledge of industrial structures, pre-cast construction, and façade work
  • Familiarity with software such as Procore, Jobpac or Cheops
  • Local experience in the region is highly preferred
