
Help Desk Specialist

We are seeking highly skilled IT professionals to provide first-line support to our team members across various locations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide timely and effective IT support contact for all employees.
- Troubleshoot technical issues to resolution or escalate to the respective manager.
- Log all incidents and service requests in our service desk system as a case.
- Prioritise and manage multiple open cases at one time.
- Complete assigned tasks within required timeframes.
- Respond to equipment breakdowns.
- Repair equipment and replace parts to maximise equipment life.
- Install and configure computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners.
Requirements:
- Relevant IT qualifications.
- Excellent communication skills for resolving store issues.
- Experience with diagnosing hardware issues.
- BASIC understanding of networking topologies.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- The ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
- A positive attitude towards continuous improvement.
- The ability to work effectively as part of a team or autonomously.
Desirable Skills:
- Knowledge of Windows server and desktop operating systems.
- Familiarity with Active Directory and Azure.
- Experience with remote technical support.
