About the Role

This position involves managing the front desk and reception area with a focus on excellent service delivery.

You will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring the building is secure, according to protocols;
  • Managing visitor access as required;
  • Answering calls and taking messages;
  • Providing assistance and referral to visitors seeking welfare and/or pastoral support;
  • Assisting with ad-hoc administration tasks;
  • Awareness of emergency procedures;
  • Participating in the building's warden team.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 1+ year of experience in a similar reception role;
  • Good verbal and written communication skills;
  • Well presented appearance;
  • Able to use MS Office and have moderate computer literacy;
  • First Aid qualifications (or willingness to complete).
