We have a rare opportunity for a Senior E-commerce & Customer Experience Co-ordinator to join our team in Brunswick. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of our online store, aiming to deliver exceptional customer experiences and grow sales. Your role will involve overseeing order processing, managing returns and refunds, uploading product information, and ensuring data accuracy across our site.
We are offering a competitive salary of $75,000 - $90,000 per annum, reflecting the skills and qualifications required for this challenging role. In this dynamic role, you will lead our online operations, driving digital activity and promoting our brand across various channels.
