Position SummaryWe are seeking a highly experienced Senior E-commerce & Customer Experience Co-ordinator to join our team at Kuwaii. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our online store, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.
You will work collaboratively with our team to deliver a consistently superior on-line shopping experience for our customers, while continually improving our online presence and pushing your department to excel.
Key Responsibilities- Manage all aspects of the day-to-day running of our online store, including order processing, returns, and refunds.
- Ensure accurate product information and assets are uploaded for new product launches, and manage product data accuracy across the site.
- Present products visually across prime site locations based on customer insights and data.
- Prepare and update budgets and sales reports, and review content for accuracy.
- Provide exceptional customer service, resolving customer problems or complaints through optimal solutions.
- Manage online inventory and assist with social media calendar and digital advertising.
As our ideal candidate, you will have a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences, managing customer contact and retention, and increasing customer satisfaction.
You will foster positive relationships with our clients, address any issues or disputes, and ensure consistent customer experiences across all touchpoints.
Requirements and Qualifications- Proven experience in a similar e-commerce role or other relevant experience.
- Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on resolving issues and building lasting relationships.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Motivated, energetic, and determined to succeed, with a passion for e-commerce and fashion.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, and lead by example to drive results.
We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition, we provide generous discounts on Kuwaii stock, early access to sample sales, and opportunities for career growth and development.
