**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a skilled ICT Administration Officer to support our electronic document and record management using Microsoft 365, MS Teams and SharePoint Online.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Support information management strategies, policy and practice that is collaboratively created, clearly articulated, consistently structured, is secure and accessible.
  • Demonstrate a strong commitment to meeting agreed work targets and standards.

**Essential Skills and Qualifications:**

  • Demonstrated experience using information and records management systems (EDRMS or ECM), Microsoft 365, SharePoint, MS Teams and One Note.
  • Actively contributing to the implementation of the Information Management support and change agenda for the organization including operations activities to support Microsoft 365 information management projects.
  • Able to develop and/or review and revise related documentation.
