About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team as a Clinical Skills Evaluator. As a key member of our assessment team, you will play a crucial role in evaluating the competencies and skills of nursing students or professionals undergoing training and certification.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate the clinical and theoretical knowledge of students or trainees to ensure they meet the required standards of practice.
  • Develop and conduct assessments, including written exams, practical tests, and observational assessments.
  • Provide constructive feedback to students, helping them understand their strengths and areas for improvement.
  • Identify gaps that may require further training and ensure compliance with educational standards and regulations.
Requirements
  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
  • 5+ Years of experience as a Registered Nurse
  • Level 3: Proven experience in the field, with a deep understanding of clinical practice
  • Current RN AHPRA Registration
  • Recent National Police Check
  • Valid WWCC
  • Fully Vaccinated
Work Arrangements

This is an ad hoc casual roster pool, and you will be requested to support as per the client's requirements during periods of assessments. You will work a variety of shifts, including AM and PM shifts, in various locations across Australia.
