The ideal candidate will have advanced nursing skills, a passion for person-centred care, and experience in areas such as continence management, wound care, and medication management. You'll be responsible for coordinating and providing comprehensive care, evaluating the effects of care provided, and participating in community collaborations and partnerships.

In this role, you'll have the opportunity to work with a variety of specialist skills and make a real difference in the lives of our clients. You'll also receive comprehensive training and support, as well as benefits such as 5 weeks annual leave, annual leave loading, and private health insurance discounts.

To be successful in this role, you'll need to have a current Police Screening Certificate, NDIS Worker Screening Check, Blue Card, and Queensland driver's licence. You'll also need to be registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and have a demonstrated ability in the use of computer software in the delivery of care services.
