Job Description

As a senior leader, you will oversee all site operations and drive excellence across the organization. Your role encompasses managing teams, executing operational systems, and achieving financial targets.

You will be responsible for assisting in recruitment drives, liaising with directors, and working closely with the management team to foster continuous development of teams. You will also be part of the senior management team to contribute to the overall growth of the business.

The ideal candidate will possess practical and proven customer and client relationship skills, with experience in hospitality management from Food & Beverage, in a similar leadership role. They will exhibit an influential and welcoming communication style, encourage constructive feedback, engagement, inclusion, and diversity at all levels.

You will project manage multiple activations, demonstrate competence and character that inspires trust, and make decisions quickly in a complex and changing environment.

Additionally, you will work in a culture that values critical thinking and problem-solving, with excellent on-the-job training, and be involved in delivering high-quality experiences.

  • Assist in recruitment drive and fill key positions as the company grows
  • Manage and oversee financial performance to achieve objectives and financial targets
  • Drive and mentor FOH & BOH teams to implement a product that meets expectations
  • Execute internal activations and events in consultation with Marketing and Events teams

Previous experience in a similar leadership role will be viewed favorably.
