Senior IT Professional - A Career Advancement Opportunity

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled IT professional to fill a senior position that involves resolving complex technical issues, mentoring team members, and delivering exceptional service to clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Resolve customer support tickets with speed and professionalism, ensuring timely and effective resolution of technical issues.
  • Provide advanced troubleshooting and engage with clients to discuss IT solutions, leveraging expertise in technology domains.
  • Manage escalated tickets, communicate with clients, and mitigate potential risks, demonstrating strong leadership skills.
Leadership and Teamwork:
  • Demonstrate leadership by setting an example and mentoring team members, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and collaboration.
  • Work closely with the Service Desk Manager to identify process gaps and improve operational delivery, driving continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Foster teamwork by following schedules, developing Standard Operating Procedures, and promoting security awareness, ensuring a secure and compliant work environment.
Requirements:
  • At least 10 years of experience in IT, including 4 years in a Senior Systems Administrator role, with a strong background in technology domains.
  • Experience in Managed Services, advanced technical challenges, and innovative solutions, with expertise in multiple technology areas.
  • Expert-level knowledge in at least 2 technology domains and excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Technical Requirements:
  • Advanced knowledge of Windows operating systems and proficiency with Remote Desktop Services deployments, with experience in virtualization technologies and networking protocols.
  • Significant experience with hardware components, server architecture, and cybersecurity best practices, with a strong understanding of Microsoft 365 technologies.
  • Advanced scripting & automation skills, with expertise in cybersecurity best practices and the ability to design and implement secure solutions.
