Leadership Opportunity in Family Law

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Lawyer to join our dynamic team and take on a leadership role. In this position, you will have the opportunity to mentor and develop junior lawyers into future leaders.

The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in Family, Litigation or Property Law and will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication skills, and a current practising certificate in Queensland.

As a Senior Lawyer with us, you will be responsible for managing files independently from start to finish, working closely with our Managing Partner to drive business growth, and contributing to the development of junior lawyers.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing complex family law cases, including parenting arrangements and property settlements">
  • Handling general civil litigation, commercial disputes, and estate matters">
  • Conducting residential and commercial conveyancing, leases, and property settlements">

Requirements include:

  • ">
  • At least 10 years of PAE in Family, Litigation or Property Law">
  • Strong leadership mindset and genuine interest in mentoring juniors">
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills">
  • Current practising certificate in Queensland">
