Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Mental Health Therapist to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will provide high-quality in-person therapy sessions to individuals and groups.

Key Responsibilities
  • To deliver collaborative and flexible therapy plans based on assessments, risk evaluations, and client goals.
  • To conduct wellbeing screenings and maintain accurate clinical case notes and records.
  • To use evidence-based therapies such as Person-Centred Therapy and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), incorporating additional modalities as required.
Requirements
  • A tertiary qualification in psychology, counselling or social work.
  • Registration with the relevant governing body (e.g. APHRA, AASW, PACFA, ACA).
  • A minimum of 3 years post-qualification experience in a similar role.
