Project Coordinator Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Project Coordinator. As a key member of our project delivery team, you will play a critical role in supporting the successful execution of projects across various sectors.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to complex data collection, forecasting, research, analysis, and consultation to inform project recommendations.
  • Set realistic goals, establish balanced work priorities, and implement continuous improvement to successfully coordinate concurrent project activities within agreed timeframes.
  • Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate delivery of project support and maximise benefits realisation.
  • Prepare high-quality reports, briefing notes, and presentations on designated project outcomes, findings, and recommendations.
  • Assess and monitor the quality of activity tracking, identify relevant trends and issues, and develop strategies to improve the quality and consistency of information provided to executive leadership.
  • Establish and implement contemporary project management methodologies and techniques to assess, design, develop, implement, and evaluate project activities within tight deadlines and competing demands.
  • Work autonomously and as a member of a high-functioning and collegial team; including the ability to be adaptable and flexible to deal with and manage changing priorities.
  • Utilise information technology and data management systems in the preparation of reports, submissions, briefing notes, and other documentation as required.
  • Ensure the timely provision of communication and advice to relevant staff and key stakeholders.
